name is Andreea Mogovan ! I am a Real Estate Broker with HomeSmart Real Estate Associates.
After
years of proudly professing in the Senior Care Industry, managing one of the best care
facilities in Bothell, I decided to dive into the Real Estate industry and
offer the homeownership dream to Seattleites and to the surrounding communities.
I am still very active in the Senior Care Industry-as caring for the most
vulnerable of our society is a cause close to my heart.
In 2018 I sold the first Adult Family Home and since then I have helped near 100 Adult Family Home providers sell, buy or open brand new facilities .
I am beyond grateful to have earned the trust of the AFH industry as the preferred agent for AFH sales in Snohomish, King and Pierce counties.
I am striving every day to make this industry a better place for everyone involved : providers, caregivers, residents.
